Driver, 44, gets banned
A DRINK-DRIVER was banned for a year and fined £300.
Darren Knight, 44, of Fifth Avenue, Wymering, was stopped in Clement Attlee Way, Portsmouth, on May 7, and admitted drink-driving.
A test revealed he had 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, double the 35mcg legal limit.
Portsmouth magistrates told him to pay £115 costs.
