Driver fined £390for no insurance
A DRIVER has been fined £390 for using a car without insurance.
Benjamin Shaw, 28, of Curlew Gardens, Waterlooville, drove a Peugeot 206 in Dell Piece East, also in Waterlooville, on March 1 this year.
He admitted driving without insurance.
Portsmouth magistrates fined him £390 with a £39 victim charge and £200 prosecution costs.
He was banned from driving for six months.
