Drunk outside McDonald's
A MAN has been charged with being drunk and disorderly after an incident outside McDonald's in Portsmouth.
Police were called to the scene in Commercial Road on Thursday, March 9 at 4.50pm after reports were made of the man being verbally abusive.
John Phillip Olivares, 66, of no fixed abode, was arrested and charged with being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
He will appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on March 28.
