Fareham man, 59, admits breaching sex offenders' register rules
A SEX offender admitted failing to complete his annual registration.
Terence Collins, 59, of Redlands Lane, Fareham, admitted failing to comply with the sex offenders' register on January 10.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with two-week electronically-tagged curfew between 7pm and 7am.
Collins must complete 10 days' rehabilitation activities with probation.
He must pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
Collins’ guilty plea was taken into account when he was sentenced.
