FRATTON ATTACK: Pair face no further action
TWO men have been told they will face no action after a man was seriously injured.
The pair, 19 and 20, from Southsea, were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm after a man suffered a neck injury in an assault.
It happened in Lake Road in Portsmouth at 3.30am on October 14. A 38-year-old man, from Portsmouth, has been bailed until January 17 next year.
