A MAN was arrested by police on suspicion of robbery from a supermarket.

The 35-year-old male was quizzed by officers yesterday over the incident at Tesco Express in Forton Road, Gosport, which happened on November 22.

The male, who lives in the town, was released on bail until December 26 pending further enquiries.
