A MEAT and cheese thief was jailed following a recent spree of shoplifting in Gosport.
Aaron Cruickshank, 35, of Gosport, was sentenced to 22 weeks in prison for three thefts earlier this month.
The thefts included stealing around £170 worth of products from Boots, High Street, on April 10.

The sentence also included 10 weeks activated from a suspended sentence.
Cruickshank, of Solebay Road, previously admitted six shoplifting crimes at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court in September. These included stealing a Hoover, food and headphones.
On that occasion city magistrates imposed a 16-week jail term suspended for six months.
As reported in April last year, Cruickshank was previously jailed for stealing toys.
