Danny Elmes, 19, of Stratton Close, Paulsgrove, admitted damaging a gate on June 18 in Portsmouth and assault.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge.

He was fined £40 for the assault with a £34 surcharge and £85 costs to pay.

Hannah Stokoe, 33, of Soberton Road, Leigh Park, admitted behaving indecently in the Eastern police investigation centre in Portsmouth overnight on April 25-26 by acting physically and verbally aggressive.

Magistrates fined her £40 with a £34 surcharge.

Cole Billingham, 34, of Camino Court, Fareham, admitted damaging two windows in West Street, Fareham, on May 24.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with £290 compensation.

He must pay a £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Smith, 49, of Invergordon Road, Drayton, admitted cannabis and cocaine drug-driving in a Mazda 3 in Hanway Road on January 21.

He also admitted driving without insurance.

Magistrates fined him £400 with a £40 surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 18 months.

Smith was nearly five times the legal limit for Benzoylecgonine, a cocaine breakdown product.

Andrew Wood, 64, of Hilda Gardens, Denmead, admitted stalking a woman between October 1 and November 18 last year.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 15 days’ rehabilitation activities.

A restraining order made bans him from contacting the woman for a year.

He was fined £112 with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs to pay.

Matthew Smith, 30, of Elmore Avenue, Lee-on-the-Solent, admitted damaging a window belonging to Gosport Borough Council on May 6 in Gosport.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with £153 compensation.

He must pay a £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

Lee Sperring, 38, of Cherry Tree Avenue, Cowplain, admitted assault by beating on January 7 in Portsmouth.

Magistrates imposed a two-year community order with 32-day relationships course and 15 days' rehabilitation activities.

He was fined £80 with a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

Luke Chambers, 31, of Marks Road, Fareham, admitted assault on March 20.

Magistrates imposed a year-long community order with 20 days' rehabilitation activities and 100 hours' unpaid work.

He admitted harassing a woman between March 19 and May 3.

He went to her home, sent abusive messages and made multiple calls to her, and verbally abused her.

He must pay a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

A restraining order bans him from contacting the woman for a year.
