Michael White, 23, of Park Walk, admitted cannabis drug-driving in Fareham Road, Gosport, on January 5.

Magistrates fined him £80 with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for a year.

Adam Hague, 36, of Red Barn Lane, Fareham, admitted assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, in Gosport, on July 10.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

Hague must pay £50 compensation with a £95 surcharge.

James Hutchins, 33, of Barnfield Court, Fareham, admitted stealing three items from Boots in Fareham on February 13 worth £132.98.

Magistrates imposed an 18-month community order with 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

He must pay £13.98 compensation.

He admitted flouting a suspended sentence for six offences of shoplifting and was fined £20.

Magistrates said it would be unjust to jail him.

Shain Havard, 45, of Cross Street, Portsea, admitted assaulting an emergency worker at the Portsmouth police investigation centre on June 15.

Magistrates imposed a nine-month community order with eight-week tagged curfew between 7pm to 7am.

He must complete 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

Havard must pay £100 compensation, a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

David Wickham, 77, of Oxleys Close, Fareham, admitted drink-driving in Smeaton Close, Fareham, on June 3.

A breath test revealed he had 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The legal limit is 35.

Magistrates fined him £200 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 23 months.

Hayden Harrop, 27, of Gregson Close, Gosport, admitted drink-driving in Hanbidge Crescent, Gosport, on August 1 in a Ford Transit.

He had 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The limit is 35.

Magistrates fined him £865 with a £100 surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 22 months.

He admitted resisting a police officer and was fined £144.

Albion Mehmeti, 20, of Bath Road, Southsea, admitted driving while banned in Goldsmith Avenue, Southsea, without a licence on April 23.

He was fined £80 with a £34 victim surcharge and six points were put on his record.

He also admitted having no insurance.
