Robert Turner-Diamond, 72, of High Street, Old Portsmouth, was found guilty of harassment by sending a man letters, cards and unwanted communication between February 1 and July 15 last year.

Stephen Morton, 43, of Cornwallis Crescent, Portsmouth, admitted using threatening, abusive words or behaviour on July 21 in Portsmouth.

Joseph Uttley, 28, of Steerforth Close, Buckland, admitted assault by beating in November in Portsmouth.

Magistrates jailed him for 16 weeks.

Jonathan Dodd, 37, of Marresl Wood Gardens, Purbrook, admitted drink-driving on the A27 at Portsmouth on December 22.

Magistrates fined him £120 with a 16-month ban.

He had 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Richard Dyke, 37, of Sycamore Road, Bognor Regis, admitted drink-driving in Elmleigh Road, Havant, on December 22.

A test revealed he had 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Magistrates fined him £350 with an 18-month driving ban.

He must pay a £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dyke also admitted driving without insurance, taking the car without permission and driving without a licence and was fined £816.
