Andrew Warman, 32, of Potters Lane, New Barnet, in Hertfordshire, admitted cannabis drug-driving in Western Road, Portsmouth, on September 6.

Warman was fined £600 with a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Magistrates banned him for 18 months.

Michael Wilson, 49, of Laburnum Road, Waterlooville, admitted jointly stealing £423.47 worth of goods from Asda in Waterlooville on November 1.

Magistrates imposed a two-year conditional discharge with £200 compensation and £85 prosecution costs.

Ernesta Kriksciunas, 20, of HMP Winchester, admitted damaging a BMW to the value of £1,150 in Portsmouth on February 28 last year.

He was fined £450 but was detained in court.

Shaun Blythe, 26, of Linnet Drive, Wigan, admitted driving a VW Golf at Victoria Road in Portsmouth Naval Base while unfit through drink on December 2.

He was fined £450 with a £45 victim surcharge, and £85 prosecution costs.

Paul Lawrence, 31, of Froddington Road, Portsmouth, admitted breaching his sex offenders' registration requirement by failing to register on December 3.
