Tobias Rhodes, 24, of St Jude’s Close, Southsea, admitted drink-driving in Old Manor Way, Drayton, on July 5.

A test showed he had 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The limit is 35.

He also admitted drink-driving at BP Portchester in West Street on August 3.

His breath reading was 92. Magistrates imposed a two-year community order with 200 hours' unpaid work.

He was banned from driving for 28 months.

He must pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Bartlett, 26, of Hamtun Road, Southampton, admitted having a cannabis grinder with cannabis inside on April 26 in Portsmouth.

He was fined £200 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

The drug must be destroyed.

Thomas Bullock, 20, of North Wallington, Fareham, admitted having 4.4g of the class A drug cocaine on him in Fareham on April 4 last year.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Alan Kirby, 45, of St Margaret's Lane, Titchfield, admitted assault by beating on December 12 last year.

Magistrates imposed an eight-week jail term suspended for 18 months.

He must complete an alcohol treatment programme and 36-session relationships course.

A restraining order bans him from contacting the victim for two years.

He must pay a £128 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Aaron Hood, 26, of Watergate Road, Isle of Wight, admitted drink-driving in Droxford on April 5.

A test showed he had 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

He was fined £400 and banned for 18 months.

He must pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Albert Howarth, 68, of High Street, Cosham, admitted assaulting six paramedics in two incidents.

He admitted three assault on December 11 last year, and three on December 2.

He must pay £650 compensation and a £100 after admitting breaching a suspended sentence.

Magistrates imposed a 32-week jail sentence suspended for 19 months.

He must complete a six-month alcohol programme and 15 days’ rehabilitation activities.

Judy Saunders, 54, of Stowe Road, Milton, admitted assaulting an emergency worker - a police officer - on April 10 in Portsmouth.

Magistrates imposed a 12-week jail term suspended for a year.

She must complete six months' alcohol treatment and 15 days' rehabilitation activities.

She must pay the officer £250 compensation, and pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
