n Evgeni Ivanov, 38, of Whitstable Road, Portsmouth, admitted driving without due care and attention.

He crashed on the A32 in West Meon when he drove a Yamaha R1 too close and too fast hitting the vehicle in front of him as he could not stop.

Ivanov was fined £165 and given five points on his licence for the May 20 offence.

He must pay £20 victim surcharge and £80 prosecution costs.

n Silvestre Putnins, 24, of Hampshire Street, Portsmouth, admitted stealing Ben Bracken whisly worth £19.99 from Lidl.

He committed the offence on September 18 last year and was handed a 12-month conditional discharge.

He must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Gary Ellis, 40, of High Street, Cosham, admitted drink-driving.

He was fined £1,050 and banned from driving for 18 months.

Ellis committed the offence on October 31 last year in Lime Grove, Paulsgrove.

A test showed he had 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mcg limit.

Ellis must pay a £105 victim surcharge and £360 prosecution costs.

n Aaron Dubber, 31, of Soberton Road, Havant, was found guilty of drink-driving.

He was stopped driving a VW Gold on Petersfield Road in Havant on October 24 last year.

Dubber was fined £165 with an 18-month driving ban. He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £310 prosecution costs.

A test showed he had 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, double the legal limit.

n Sophie Devine, 34, of Bromyard Crescent, was found guilty of drink-driving.

She was stopped on Western Road, in Portsmouth, on August 16 last year.

A test showed she had 185 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, more than double the 80mg limit.

Devine was fined £165 and banned from driving for 20 months.

She must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £350 prosecution costs.
