Jacket thief caught at shop
A MAN who stole a £280 jacket has been told to pay £40.
Jimmy Huntley, 33, of Kent Street, Portsea, stole the Hugo Boss long-sleeved jacket from Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth on February 26.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge.
He must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £25 prosecution costs.
No compensation was ordered as the jacket was recovered.
