Shea Hickman, 20, of Collington Crescent, Paulsgrove, admitted cannabis drug-driving in Hill Road, Portchester on January 17.

Magistrates fined him £120 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 12 months.

Lloyd Lewis, 24, of Brookside Road, Bedhampton, admitted cannabis drug-driving in Harts Farm Way, Havant, on December 30.

Magistrates fined him £120 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs to pay.

He was banned from driving for a year.

Lucian Constantin, 41, of Edmund Road, Southsea, admitted stealing items from Tommy Hilfiger on November 28 last year.

He was fined £320 with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

Nicholas McJury, 53, of Whiteacres Close, Gosport, admitted seven thefts, an attempted theft and an assault at Tesco and Spar stores in Gosport in August and September.

He admitted flouting a six-week suspended sentence for shoplifting

Magistrates jailed him for 24 weeks.

Colleen Cartwright, 39, of Wilson Road, Stamshaw, was found guilty of damaging two windows at the Mother Shipton pub in Stamshaw, and admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on August 25.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with £100 compensation to pay.

He must pay a £21 surcharge and £200 costs.

He was found not guilty of two charge of assault by beating.

Wiktori Zychiewicz, 19, of Clarendon Road, Southsea, admitted driving without a licence and insurance on the M27 at Eastleigh on July 7.

Magistrates fined her £320 with a £34 surcharge and £46 costs.

They imposed six points on her licence.

She admitted failing to turn up at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on August 6 and was fined £25.

Harry Broadbent, 20, care of Winchester Road, Bishop's Waltham, admitted having a hunting knife in a public place in Priory Park, Elizabeth Way, Bishop’s Waltham, on April 17.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 15 days’ rehabilitation and a £25 fine.

He must pay a £95 surcharge.

An order was made that the knife must be forfeited and destroyed.

Martin Brown, 39, of Lakeside, Fareham, admitted two charges of cannabis drug-driving in Kiln Road, Fareham, on November 15.

Magistrates fined him £120 with a 12-month ban.

He must pay a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.
