Michael Hardman, 30, of Delphi Way, Waterlooville, admitted assault by beating in Portsmouth on April 30.

Magistrates imposed a two-year community order with 33 days' relationships course and 15 days' rehabilitation activities.

Hardman must pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

John Clark, 46, of Coral Close, Fareham, admitted driving while banned in Forton Road, Gosport, on January 26.

He admitted having no insurance for his VW Beetle.

Magistrates imposed a three-month community order with eight-week curfew.

He must pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for six months.

James Durber, 36, of Northern Parade, Hilsea, admitted stealing £84 worth of fragrances from Boots on June 19 in Fareham.

He stole a bike worth £250 two days later in Fareham.

And on June 22 he admitted damaging a CCTV bracket.

Magistrates imposed a nine-month community order with nine months' ban from entering Fareham.

He must complete 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

He must pay £200 compensation for the bike.

Megan Juryeff, 27, of Gosport Road, Fareham, admitted three charges of breaching her criminal behaviour order on February 12 and 8.

She admitted breaching her suspended sentence for theft and other offences.

She also admitted breaching the criminal behaviour order by begging on January 16.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 10 days' rehabilitation activities and £90 victim surcharge to pay.

The suspended sentence was extended.

Andrew Walker, 51, of Larcombe Road, Petersfield, was found guilty of breaching a non-molestation order on May 16 in 2017.

He was fined £461 with a £46 victim surcharge and £620 prosecution costs to pay.

He admitted failing to surrender to court on January 9, 2018.

Oliver Baker, 19, Iping Avenue, Leigh Park, admitted assault by beating on April 28, February 23 and December 22.

The same woman was the victim each time.

Magistrates imposed a two-year conditional discharge with two-year restraining order and £200 compensation to pay.

Jay Marsh, 29, of the Ibis Hotel, Fratton Way, Southsea, was jailed for 28 days for once resisting a PC, nine thefts, criminal damage, two public order offences and failing to surrender between February and July.
