Library ban for Portsmouth flasher who assaulted nurse, doctor, hospital security
A FLASHER who exposed himself has been banned from going to a library.
Maximillian Ramsay, 23, of Staunton Street, Landport, Portsmouth, admitted the charge in relation to an incident earlier this year.
At Portsmouth Magistrates' Court district judge Gary Lucie imposed a 10-month community order with 10-month exclusion order relating to Beddow Library in Milton Road in the city.
Ramsay admitted assaulting three emergency workers - a nurse, doctor and hospital security staff on April 24 in Southampton.
He must pay £100 compensation to each assault victim.
He was sentenced last month.
