A MAN who dropped a bag of chips has been fined £220.

Darren Russel, of Blanchard Avenue, Gosport, was found guilty.

Russel dropped a white bag with chips and a cardboard box at Beach Road car park in Lee-on-the-Solent July 31.

He must pay £236 costs.
