Mark Oliver, 56, is on trial at Winchester Crown Court over the death of 53-year-old dad-of-two Andrew Oliver.

Jurors were sworn in yesterday.

Police were called to the home the brothers shared with their mother Jean Oliver in Harwood Road in Bridgemary at around 3.15pm on February 1.

12 jurors were selected for the two-week trial overseen by judge Susan Evans QC.
