Magistrates ban driver
A DRINK-DRIVER has been fined £320.
Portsmouth magistrates also banned Toma Gamarro-Garcia, 31, of Lincoln Road, Fratton, for a year.
He admitted drink-driving after being caught on December 23 in Fareham.
He had 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit.
