Man, 23, admits assault
A MAN has been told to pay out after an assault.
Callum Brundle, 23, of Bevis Road, North End, Portsmouth, admitted assault by beating against Alex Phillips on June 2.
He also pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress against Colin Michie on the same day.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge.
He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
His pleas were taken into account at sentencing.
