Man cautioned after bin blaze
A MAN arrested for arson was given a caution by police.
A plastic bin full of rubbish was set on fire at 5.30am yesterday outside Portsmouth Rugby Club, on Norway Road, in Hilsea, Portsmouth.
The bin was placed against one of the buildings leaving smoke damage to the doors.
Police arrested a 22-year-old from Hayling Island on suspicion of arson, and gave him a caution.
A 19-year-old from Portsmouth was arrested but released without charge.
