Man fined over driving
A MAN has been fined for failing to give information about a driver.
Jordan Kelly, 22, of Woodgreen, Havant, admitted not giving information about a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence on March 24. Kelly was fined £375 and was banned for 12 months.
Portsmouth magistrates ordered Kelly to pay a £38 victim fee and £150 costs.
