Man is fined over damage
A MAN who damaged a window has been fined.
Christopher Clark, 23, of High Street, Gosport, admitted criminal damage on December 31 before Portsmouth magistrates.
Clark was fined £50 with £50 compensation.
He also admitted failing to surrender to custody.
