Man must pay after assault
A MAN was found guilty of an assault by beating.
Robin Pullen, 47, of Trinity Green, Gosport, assaulted the woman at Pavilion Way in Gosport on November 5 last year.
He was handed a five-month prison term suspended for a year at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
He must complete 25 days of rehabilitation activities and 12 months of supervision.
Pullen must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £100 prosecution costs.
