A MAN must pay £105 after breaching a restraining order.
Robert Williams, 26, of Purbrook Way, Havant, admitted the charge on May 7 in Fifth Street, Fratton.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a year-long conditional discharge with £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
