Man must pay £155

A MAN who resisted a police officer and assaulted another person has been told to pay £155.

Alvydas Urza, 42, of Cottage Grove, Southsea, admitted assault by beating and resisting a PC on May 10 in Portsmouth. City magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge with £50 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
