Man must pay £590
A DRIVER has been fined £180 after failing to tell police who was driving a car.
Troy Powell, 30, of London Road, Hilsea, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle on April 28 last year.
Portsmouth magistrates ordered him to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £300 prosecution costs. Powell admitted failing surrender to custody on September 21 and was fined £80.
