Meat thief must pay
MAGISTRATES ordered a man to pay £20 after he stole meat.
Jay Dugan, 44, of Westfield Road, Paulsgrove, took the meat from Co-op in Portsmouth on May 4.
The items were worth £20.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge and £20 victim surcharge.
