Missing Southsea man Scott Angell found '˜safe and well'Â

POLICE have confirmed a missing man from Southsea has been located.Â

Officers have said 35-year-old Scott Angell is '˜safe and well' following an appeal which was launched after he went missing 10 days ago. 

The incident was said to be '˜very out of character' for Mr Angell, who has links to the east Sussex area. 

Police enquiries into his whereabouts have now ceased.Â
