Murder probe launched after body of woman in 30s found near Marwell Zoo

Police were called at 5.51pm on Tuesday after the body of a woman in her 30s was found near to Whaddon Lane, Owslebury, near Winchester.

The woman has not been identified as detectives continue their investigation. “A homicide investigation has been launched to establish the cause of her death, but officers are keeping an open mind at this early stage of our enquiries,” police said.
