Gatherings of more than six people were banned last Monday across England and yesterday Boris Johnson said fines for new law would double up to a £200 fine for breaking the rule and for not wearing a mask

A tweet on Monday from Hants Response Cops read: ‘At 04.30hrs this morning E-Shift Cosham dispersed a party in Southsea with over 40+ people in attendance - certainly more than 6!
