When someone is released from prison on parole, there are conditions they must adhere to. They can be recalled if they commit another crime, behave in a way that leads their offender manager to think another crime could be committed, or break the conditions of their licence.

Posting on social media, the Roads Policing Unit said: ‘VTEC did indeed kick in when the driver of this car failed to stop for police officers in a pursuit which started in Paulsgrove and ended up in Fareham.’
