Police name man charged over spree of robberies in Portsmouth

A MAN has been charged over a spree of robberies that happened in the city during the festive period.

Riley Cragg, 21, of Watts Road, Portsmouth, has been charged with three counts of robbery.

The charges relate to incidents where teenage boys were robbed in Wingfield Street, Buckland, Twyford Avenue, Stamshaw, and Bransbury Road, Eastney between December 27 and January 3.

Mr Cragg has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Friday.
