Police seek missing teenager

Police have appealed for help in tracing a teenager missing from her Portchester home.

They say 17-year-old Meghan Maidment, who was last seen on Sunday night, could be with friends.

A Hampshire Police spokesman said: ‘Meghan was last seen at her home in ‪Portchester‬ on Sunday evening at around 11pm.

‘Our enquiries have shown that she’s still likely to be with friends in the Southampton area. Have you seen her this week?

Meghan is described as:

• White.

• She is around 5ft 3ins tall.

• She has shoulder length hair which is currently dyed pink.

• She may be wearing a grey tracksuit.
