He is accused of killing his older brother, 26-year-old Billy Green, in a stabbing on January 11 outside Pickwick House in Wingfield Street, Buckland.

Medics and members of the public tried to save Mr Green but officers confirmed on the same day that he had died at the scene.

Green, who previously appeared at Winchester Crown Court last month before being remanded in custody, had a trial listed at Portsmouth Crown Court on September 6 for up to three weeks by judge Timothy Mousley QC.

A case management hearing was also listed for April 23.
