Portsmouth Magistrates' Court - latest cases update

Anthony Clark, 28, of Davenport Close, Gosport, admitted cannabis drug-driving in The Drive, Gosport, on October 25.

Magistrates fined him £120 with a 12-month ban.

Clark must pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He admitted having no insurance and was fined £40.

Tadas Kukanauskas, 37, of Fourth Street, Portsmouth, admitted drink-driving in Queens Road on February 10.

A test showed he had 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The legal limit is 35.

He was fined £576 with a £57 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 12 months.

Jack Lennon, 19, of Nutfield Place, Portsmouth, admitted having a pair of scissors in a public place in Fratton Road on February 11.

Magistrates imposed a six-month community order with a 21-hour attendance centre requirement.

He must pay a £90 victim surcharge.

The scissors must be destroyed.

Ashley Winning, 19, of West Brook View, Emsworth, admitted assault by beating in Portsmouth on September 14.

He was fined £120 with a £150 compensation.

Winning must pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Emma Grant, 32, of Strode Road, Portsmouth, admitted cannabis drug-driving in Burrfields Road, Copnor, on November 15.

Garrett was fined £120 with a 12-month driving ban.

David Osborne, 37, of Kitwood Green, admitted three charges of assault by beating on August 20 in West Street, Fareham.

Osborne admitted breaching a community order imposed for four charges of assaulting a police officers and failing to surrender.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order, six-month drug-rehabilitation requirement and 25 days' rehabilitation activities.

He must pay £100 compensation.

Harrison Scott, 26, of Manor Lane, South Mundham, West Sussex, admitted drink-driving on the A27 at Havant.

A blood test revealed he had 182 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. The blood limit is 80.

Fined £400 with a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Banned for 18 months.
