Maxine Anthony, 29, of Gosport Road, Fareham, admitted theft from Poundland in Gosport on December 11, and breaching a conditional discharge for theft.

Michael Daley, 54, of Dorking Road, Great Bookham, Surrey, admitted driving at McDonald's in Cosham while unfit through drugs on October 4.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with a year's ban.

He must pay a £21 victim surcharge and £79 prosecution costs.

Michael King, 28, of Leigh Road, Fareham, admitted stealing a ring from a woman between May 3 and 10 in Waterlooville.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 10 days' rehabilitation activities and 50 hours' unpaid work.

King must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Allan Young, 55, of Alhambra Road, Southsea, admitted having a sharply-pointed multitool in public in Portsmouth on April 30.

He admitted stealing two bottles of fragrance from Debenhams, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress.

He admitted failing to surrender to custody at court on October 21.

Magistrates jailed him for 16 weeks.

Jake Nolan, 19, of Fawcett Road, Southsea, admitted burgling a house in Alma Road, Southampton, on May 20 and a chicken shop in Godalming, Surrey, on July 18.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 30 days' rehabilitation activity days and 120 hours' unpaid work.

Tyler Stanley, 20, of Mole Hill, Waterlooville, admitted two charges of assault by beating on December 9 in Southsea.

Stanley admitted damaging a mirror, blind, carpets and bedding, and assaulting a paramedic at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month restraining order and 12-month community order with 15 days' rehabilitation activities and 80 hours' unpaid work.

He must pay £435 combined costs and compensation.

Jamie Deeney, 21, of Crescent Road, Fareham, admitted drink-driving in Fleet End Road, Warsash, on January 13.

He had 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Deeney was fined £320 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs, and was banned for a year.
