Andrew Blackburn, 57, of Angelo Close, Waterlooville, admitted drink-driving in London Road, Waterlooville, on January 23.

Magistrates fined him £700 with a £70 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

A test revealed he had 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Andrew Greer, 50, of Alhambra Road, Southsea, admitted stealing a North Face jacket worth £151 from the brand's store in Portsmouth on December 27.

He admitted stealing Armani jeans worth £91 on the same day.

Kevin Newman, 57, of Whiteacres Close, Gosport, admitted driving while banned on November 23 last year in Gosport. He admitted having no insurance.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge with 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

Newman was banned from driving for three months. He must pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Robert Ramsey, 30, of Bredon Walk, Fareham, admitted damaging a wing mirror in Portsmouth on January 1.

He must pay £295 compensation.

Patrick Tsang, 47, of John Rennie Road, Chichester, admitted assault by beating on September 21.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge.

He must pay a £21 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Darren Holdsworth, 38, of Copnor Road, Portsmouth, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Copnor Road on December 29 last year.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 25 days' rehabilitation activities and 100 hours' unpaid work.

A restraining order bans him from contacting the victim for a year.

Dayle Carrington, 29, of Milton Road, admitted damaging a meeting room wall and front door at a property in Elm Grove, Southsea, on February 13.

He must pay £100 compensation.

David Boam, 52, of Elm Grove, Southsea, admitted assault in Palmerston Road, Southsea, on December 30.

Boam admitted assault by beating on the same day. Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with 25 days' rehabilitation activities.

He must pay £200 compensation.

He admitted breaching a conditional discharge for theft and a public order offence.
