Magistrates imposed a restraining order banning him from contacting the victim for a year.

He was fined £60 with a £30 victim surcharge and £400 costs.

Harry Sharp, 19, of Oving Road, Chichester, admitted drink-driving on the A3(M) northbound at Waterlooville on June 13.

A test showed he had 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Sharp was fined £300 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was banned from driving for 17 months.

Jamie Hider, 33, of Tewkesbury Close, Portsmouth, admitted drink-driving in Albert Road, Cosham, on July 5.

He had 113 microgrammes of alcohol in breath.

Magistrates jailed him for four weeks with a 40-month ban.

He must pay a £122 victim surcharge.

Thomas Chadwick, 31, of Parklands Close, Gosport, admitted stealing £2,000 from Coral Racing on July 9 last year.

He also admitted driving without insurance, a licence and cocaine drug-driving on February 4. He also admitted a second charge of drug-driving relating to a cocaine breakdown product.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 10 days' rehabilitation activities and £200 compensation to pay.

He was banned from driving for 14 months.

Lee Shiers, 33, of Worthing Road, Southsea, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm on July 31 in Havant. He also admitted threatening to smash a woman's windows on August 1.

Magistrates jailed him for 33 weeks.

he must pay a £128 victim surcharge.

A restraining order bans him from contacting the victim.

James Wallis, 34, of Milton Road, Portsmouth, admitted stealing lamb from Waitrose in Southsea on January 25.

He admitted stealing more lamb on February 9 and 12.

Wallis admitted jointly stealing gin and crisps from Tesco in Fratton Way on May 12.

Magistrates imposed an eight-week jail term suspended for 12 months with a 10-week curfew between 7pm and 7am.
