Ethan Bourne, 22, of Elsfred Road, Hill Head, admitted drink-driving with 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The legal limit is 35.

He was stopped in Grange Road, Gosport, on June 26.

Bourne was fined £275 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He was banned from driving for 12 months.

Wayne Morgan, 55, of Waverley Road, Southsea, admitted two charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing fear of violence.

He admitted causing harassment alarm or distress towards a police officer.

And he admitted having a knife in Whitworth Road, Gosport, on October 21 last year.

Magistrates imposed a four-month jail term suspended for a year.

He was not handed the six-month minimum term for knife possession as he was homeless, it has taken nearly a year to be dealt with at court and it was a locking craft knife.

Morgan must complete six months' alcohol treatment and 15 days' rehabilitation activities.

The knife must be destroyed.

He must pay £150 compensation.

Paul Burnett, 25, care of Keith Close, Gosport, admitted having one wrap of crack cocaine on August 2 last year, and a wrap of heroin - both are class A drugs.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with £21 victim surcharge and £85 costs to pay.

Jack Darvill, 21, of Londesborough Road, Southsea, admitted cannabis drug-driving in Havant Road, Hayling Island, on February 18.

He admitted driving without insurance and without a licence.

Magistrates banned him for three years with a £72 fine.

Steven Hale, 38, of Broom Square, Milton, admitted driving while unfit through drugs in Blackfriars Road, Somers Town, on January 16.

He was fined £118 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Hale was banned for 12 months.

Owen Monckton, 18, of Lynn Crescent, Fareham, admitted cocaine and Benzoylecgonine drug-driving without a licence on October 23 in Maple Close, Lee-on-the-Solent, and was fined £133.

He was banned for a year with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs to pay.
