Michelle Walker, 36, of Foster Road, Landport, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement in a suspended sentence.

Magistrates fined her £50 with £60 costs to pay.

Joseph Glennon, 43, of Childe Square, Stamshaw, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath on March 26 at the police investigation centre in Portsmouth.

Darryl Stubbs, 49, of Hope Court, Lee-on-the-Solent, admitted driving in Rowner Lane while banned and without insurance on March 20.

Magistrates imposed six points on his licence with a 12-month conditional discharge.

He must pay a £21 surcharge and £85 costs.

George Burnett, 29, of Mitchell Road, Leigh Park, admitted speeding in London Road, Hilsea, at 52mph in a 30mph zone.

He received five points on his licence.

Ashley Gilbert, 24, of Gilbert Close, Gosport, admitted assault by beating in Gosport on August 6.

Magistrates imposed a three-month jail term suspended for 18 months.

He assaulted his partner with a 'metal article'.

He must complete 120 hours' unpaid work and 15 days' rehabilitation activities.

Gilbert must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Pawel Pasiak, 32, of Norman Road, Southsea, admitted stealing whisky worth £28 from B&M in Portsmouth on February 29.

he also admitted jointly with two other people stealing a pair of £4.50 trainers from Matalan on February 18, and trainers worth £34.99 from TK Maxx.

Magistrates imposed a £500 fine with £32.50 compensation to pay.

He must pay £85 costs.

Rupert Peters, 55, of Havant Road, Hayling Island, admitted cannabis drug-driving in Portsmouth Road, Cosham, on March 9.

Natalie Murphy, 39, of Winkton Close, Havant, admitted seven thefts at stores including Next in Havant, Marks and Spencer, TK Maxx in Waterlooville and Waitrose in Southsea.

She struck between December 12 and February 24.

She stole at least £1,045 worth of goods - including alcohol, handbags, and clothes.

Magistrates imposed a four-month jail term suspended for 18 months.

She must pay a £34 surcharge and £85 costs.
