Dylan Ginn, 26, of Hudson Close, Gosport, admitted flouting a non-molestation order on October 23.

He was fined £461 with a £46 surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Daniel Hayes, 34, of Trinity Green, Gosport, admitted two public order offences.

He was detained in court as the offences on January 4 and 5 in Park Gate should have been previously sentenced when he was handed a suspended term.

Gavin Thomson, 47, of Hawthorn Crescent, Cosham, admitted flouting a sexual offences prevention order imposed in 2005 in Peterborough.

Thomson used two internet chat rooms that he was banned from using on February 4 this year.

He admitted breaching his sex offenders' registration notification requirements by not telling police of his social media user names.

Magistrates fined him £500 with a £50 surcharge and £85 costs.

Kevin McCall, 37, of St Paul’s Road, Southsea, admitted drug-driving in Kensington Road, Copnor, on December 11 last year.

Magistrates fined him £300 with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 12 months.

He had Benzoylecgonine, a cocaine breakdown product, and cocaine, in his blood while driving a red Audi.

Jack Avison, 19, of Hayling Avenue, Baffins, admitted two charges of drug-driving in London Road, Waterlooville, on December 28 last year.

He had Benzoylecgonine and ketamine in his blood while riding a Yamaha motorbike.

He was fined £150 with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 12 months.

Michael White, 23, of Park Walk, Fareham, admitted drug-driving in Fareham Road, Gosport, on January 5.

He had cannabis in his blood and was fined £80 with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

Magistrates banned him from driving for 12 months.

Adam Hague, 36, of Red Barn Lane, Fareham, admitted assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, on July 10 in Gosport.

James Hutchins, 33, of Barnfield Court, Fareham, admitted stealing items worth £132.98 from Boots in Fareham on February 13.

He also admitted flouting a suspended sentence handed to him in April last year for six shoplifting offences.

He was fined £20 for the breach and handed a nine-month community order with 10 days' rehabilitation activities for the new theft.

He must pay £13.98 compensation and a £95 surcharge.

He must complete 10 days' rehabilitation activities.
