Richard Pope, 40, of London Road, Horndean, admitted drink-driving in Lower Road, Bedhampton, on August 1.

A breath test revealed he had 60 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.

The legal limit is 35.

Pope was fined £350 with a £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 16 months.

James Forster, 21, of Bridle Lane, Slindon Common in Arundel, West Sussex, admitted drink-driving in Fareham on August 2.

Magistrates fined him £80 with a 12-month ban.

He must pay a £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

A test showed he had 55 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.

Carly Flux, 37, of Cornbrook Grove, Waterlooville, admitted drink-driving on January 18 in Leigh Road.

A test showed she had 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

She was fined £75 and banned for three years.

She must pay a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

Amy Gash, 27, of Milbrook Drive, in West Leigh, Havant, admitted three charges of provoking fear of violence on October 8.

Gash admitted damaging a police van, and two charges of threatening criminal damage on the same day.

She admitted breaching a suspended sentence for threatening to kill a woman, assault by beating, assaulting a PC and a public order offence.

Gash was jailed for 16 weeks.

Christopher Oliver, 32, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted burglary at Tesco Express in Albert Road, Southsea, on August 11.

Magistrates jailed him for 12 weeks.

Mickala Sprake, 33, of Warnford Crescent, Leigh Park, admitted assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, on March 25.

Magistrates jailed her for 12 weeks.

She was drinking alcohol when she launched the sustained attack and claimed she had Covid-19.

Daniel McNaughton, 31, of Sunwood Road, Havant, admitted driving at 57mph in a 50mph zone on the M27 between junction 9 and 8 at Swanwick.

He was fined £100 with a £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

Magistrates imposed three points on his driving licence for the offence.
