Scott Stewart, 43, of Victoria Road North, Southsea, admitted having cannabis and cannabis resin, a class B drug, on April 28.

Magistrates fined him £40 and ordered the drug must be destroyed.

He must pay a £32 victim surcharge.

Sharon Tucker, 45, of Shannon Close, Fareham, admitted drink-driving in Rossan Avenue on June 17.

A test revealed she had 100 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 40 hours' unpaid work to complete.

She must pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

She was banned from driving for two years.

Tucker also admitted failing to turn up to court on October 1.

Ricky Hobbins, 34, of St Vincent Road, Gosport, admitted stealing clothes, food and £40 from a man on March 14 in Lee-on-the-Solent.

He also admitted interfering with a Peugeot 3008 on April 17 in Gosport, stealing two business cards on April 21 and a rucksack with military kit on April 17.

Hobbins was handed an eight-week jail term suspended for a year.

He must pay £200 compensation.

William Harris, 44, care of Almondsbury Road, Paulsgrove, admitted two charges under the Malicious Communications Act on May 7.

He also admitted having amphetamine, a class B drug, on May 7 in Cosham.

Magistrates imposed an eight-week jail term suspended for two years.

He must complete 33 days of a relationships course and 10 days' rehabilitation activities.

Harris must pay a £128 victim surcharge.

An order was made to destroy the drug.

Graham Woodward, 73, of Chalton Lane, Clanfield, was found guilty of assault by beating on May 2.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with £22 surcharge and £620 prosecution costs.

Levi Seriki-Walters, 33, of Chestnut Walk, Gosport, admitted having two clear bags containing small amounts of cocaine, a class A drug, on June 19 in Gosport.

He also admitted taking a dinghy without a consent in Kent on October 16 in 2019.

Magistrates fined him £160 with £85 prosecution costs and a £24 victim surcharge to pay.
