Stephen Morton, 44, of Cornwallis Crescent, Landport, admitted jointly stealing £50 worth of chocolate from Tesco in Albert Road in Southsea.
Magistrates fined him £50.
Philip Wood, 54, of Samuel Road, Fratton, admitted assault by beating on July 21 in Tesco, Solent Road, Havant.

He also admitted behaving in an indecent manner in a police station by being constantly abusive, spitting and defecating himself.
The charge said he ‘generally acted in a vile and disgusting manner’ in Portsmouth police station on August 5.
He admitted assaulting a man on August 6 in Portsmouth, and damaging a perspex screen.
Wood admitted flouting a suspended sentence.

Hide AdHe was jailed for 26 weeks for a ‘pattern of serious behaviour displayed by the defendant over a period of time, previous convictions of a like nature, defendant spat at people during Covid pandemic’.
An order was made to ban Wood from going to the Ferryboat Inn on Hayling Island. The restraining order lasts for a year.
Daniel Hammond, 32, of Warwick Crescent, Southsea, admitted two charges of damaging vehicles on July 21 in Waterlooville.
Magistrates ordered him to pay £1,020 compensation.
