Portsmouth man who exposed himself in Southsea must pay £500 compensation

David Roscoe, 59, of Nelson Road, Southsea, admitted doing so between December 1 in 2019 and July 10, 2020.

Portsmouth magistrates imposed a three-year community order with sex offender programme, and 30 days’ rehabilitation.

He must p ay £500 compensation, a £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Roscoe must sign the sex offenders’ register for five years.
