Portsmouth robbery victim chases teenage attacker

The 21-year-old was approached by a boy in the park next to Sarah Robinson House in Queen Street, Portsea, Portsmouth, who asked her for the time but then kicked her and stole her phone.

She chased him for a few minutes but lost sight of him.

Now police want anyone with information about the robbery, which happened between 2.50am and 3.20am on June 30, to come forward.

The boy was about 17, white, 5ft 6ins tall, slim, had blonde messy hair, light-coloured eyes, was very pale and had a Portsmouth accent.

The woman said he was wearing a grey Adidas hodded top and Adidas bottoms.

A Hampshire police spokeswoman said: ‘Anyone who witnessed this robbery is asked to call police on 101 quoting 44160242945.’
