Portsmouth teenagers arrested in connection with motorhome break-in

A PAIR of teenagers from Portsmouth have been arrested by police after an incident this morning.

Two 17-year-olds, both male, were arrested in the early hours of this morning, on suspicion of theft from a motorhome.

The incident took place in Knowsley Road, Cosham.

A spokeswoman from Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘We just wanted to let you know about two arrests we made in the early hours of this morning.

‘We were called just before 12.30am to reports of a break in at a motorhome in Knowsley Road.

‘Our officers headed to the scene and two males, both 17 and from Portsmouth, were arrested on suspicion of theft from a motorhome.’

The two teenagers remain in custody at this time.

Anyone who has information regarding a crime is asked to call police on 101.

In the event of an emergency, people should dial 999.
