Purse thief in court
THIEF Emily O'Brien was caught taking a purse.
The 23-year-old, of Newbroke Road, Gosport, took the item on May 18.
City magistrates imposed a two-year conditional discharge, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
She was already on post-sentence supervision.
